Feng Shui - TRUE HEALTH

Often good health and vitality is equated with the physical aspect of a person. And yet, to have truly great health it is absolutely imperative that the mental part of you is well tuned. If you consider the author Louise Hay’s thoughts she would strongly argue that your mental activity and thoughts will dictate your physical wellbeing or the types of physical health issues that arise throughout your life.

Through an introduction by a good friend, I met Daniel Reid and his wife Yuki in 1996. I was very ill at the time and they kindly took me under their wing and helped me begin my journey to recovery.

Upon meeting and getting to know the Reid’s, Daniel had already written a few books such as The Tao of Health, Sex and Longevity, Guarding the Three Treasures and a cookery book. I was very impressed by their keen interest in the area of health and how they seemed to live what they preached. At that stage, whilst I understood intellectually that good health was important I had not really spent too much energy on ensuring that this was the case. Nor had I structured my life to support this quest. Consequently upon my return to Australia I decided to ‘take charge’ of my health and began by determining what ‘true health’ meant to me and…being more mindful about my eating regime and habits.

Being intentional about improving my health, made it happen.

Whether you need to improve or are simply keen to maintain your good health, gaining more knowledge into what true health means to you is important. Then put those measures in place and enjoy the brilliance of vitality and therefore gain the strength to tackle the ups and downs of the current economic conditions.
