Exchange Policy.

We guarantee your shopping satisfaction

The Feng Shui shop will happily exchange or provide a credit note if the product is not as expected – absolutely no questions asked. We will accept any returned products that are not as you expected, our only requirement being that they are in their original packaging and in suitable condition for resale. In return we will either refund, exchange or provide a credit note – absolutely no questions asked. If the product is damaged or faulty, we will gladly exchange / repair it for you.

Processing of Orders

Purchases can be made using credit card, direct deposit, fax, or phone.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Online credit card orders are processed in realtime in Australian Currency. fengshuishop.com.au reserves the right to check customers credit card details by asking for extra information to be supplied on any purchase. Failure to provide these details will void the transaction and the customers credit card will be refunded.

Orders for items which are in stock are shipped the same day – this occurs 98% of the time. Items not in stock will be shipped within Seven (7) working days of original transaction date. If for some unforeseen reason there will be a further delay in delivery then you will be advised immediately.

All successful online orders will receive a transaction receipt number. This number should be retained by the customer until goods are received.

COD orders through Australia Post offices will also be accepted. Please email us with your order and delivery details.

Upon placing of an order, customers will rreceive a confirmation email advising order details and reference number.
