Orders for items which are in stock are shipped the same day – this occurs 98% of the time. Items not in stock will be shipped within Seven (7) working days of original transaction date. If for some unforeseen reason there will be a further delay in delivery then you will be advised immediately.
The Feng Shui Shop provides an international shopping service.
Within Australia you can receive your order as quickly as the same working day in which you have successfully placed your order or up to ten (10) days for more remote areas. For example; orders placed for Perth metro area can be received on the same day. Orders placed for Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne metro areas can be received within Five (5) working days. All other areas may be up to (but not necessarily) Ten (10) working days.
For orders Australia wide we use the services of Australia Post or Fastway Couriers.
Overseas orders will usually take Ten (10) – Fourteen (14) working days to receive through standard parcel postage options.
For all overseas orders we use the services of Australia Post.
For any queries relating to your order please consider the following:
- Upon placing your successful order, you will receive a confirmation email advising order details and reference number.
- All your successful online orders will receive a transaction receipt number. This number should be retained by you until goods are received.
- Should you require a tax invoice this can be downloaded at the time of successfully submitting your order and receiving your confirmation message.

Some of the things that the Feng Shui Shop is doing to protect the environment are:
- Recycling paper; this occurs by the use of newspaper and magazines in our packaging. We also recycle paper through our office procedures when printing.
- Consumables; used within the office environment such as aluminum cans, printer cartridges, plastic bottles etc…. are recycled according to council options.
- Cardboard boxes; where possible all boxes that the Feng Shui Shop receives during the course of a normal business day are reused to send orders to you.
- Packaging products; all packaging such as bubble wrap that the Feng Shui Shop receives through delivery of suppliers goods are also re used to package and make safe your particular order.
- The Feng Shui Shop continually looks for opportunities to buy products from environmentally-friendly suppliers.
- The Feng Shui Shop ensures a smoke-free office and course environment.
- The Feng Shui Shop uses energy saving devices where possible within the office.
- We ensure that we are not wasteful with our resources.
